The GSC2002-01 standard intake valve is built for Mitsubishi 4G63T engines, featuring a 34.0mm head diameter, 6.6mm stem, and 109.60mm overall length.
GSC Power-Division developed this valve line using advanced 3D modeling and simulation tools to enhance flow and durability. Each prototype is tested in its specific application to ensure optimal performance. The result: reduced face distortion, improved sealing under high-stress conditions, and consistent output over time.

- Back-cut design reduces valve weight for higher RPM and boost, supporting aggressive cam profiles without increasing seat pressure
- Micro-polished stems reduce oil retention and drag for smoother movement
- Intake valves use modified 21-4N stainless steel for heat resistance and long-term reliability
- Valve tips are hardened or fused with stelite wafers, maintaining wear resistance within 5 Rockwell C of the rocker or tappet
- Tip heights are optimized to reduce valve tipping and simplify lash adjustment during installation
- Keeper grooves are precision-tuned to balance spring pressures and reduce the need for shims when paired with GSC spring and retainer kits
- Compatible with OEM keepers/locks or GSC upgraded versions; reusing old locks is not recommended for performance builds due to material wear
