These headers begin with heavy-duty 3/8-inch thick flanges welded to CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes, available in either 1-3/4-inch or 1-7/8-inch diameters to suit your performance goals. The primaries merge into slip-fit collectors with integrated merge spikes, improving exhaust scavenging before flowing into Stainless Works high-flow catalytic converters for increased power and efficiency.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded at Stainless Works’ state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio, this header system is built to handle heat, mileage, and hard use.
