The FenFabrication V-Band Turbo Merge Collector is built for fabricators who want to construct their own turbo system while eliminating one of the most difficult fabrication steps. Designing and building a proper merge collector is critical for exhaust flow and turbo efficiency, and this ready-to-use solution makes it easier to get your turbo project off the ground.
Each collector is TIG welded and fully backpurged, ensuring clean internal welds, excellent flow characteristics, and long-term durability under high heat and boost. The V-band outlet provides secure, leak-free connections and simplifies installation and service compared to traditional flanged setups.
For builders integrating external wastegates, single wastegate provisions are available for an additional $75, while dual wastegate provisions are available for an additional $125. For fabricators who prefer to complete the welding themselves, pre-cut, unwelded collectors are also available upon request.
