Complete 5/5 Drop with New Hardware for 1973-1987 Chevy C-10
The DJM2456-5/5LTD Complete Lowering Kit delivers a true 5" front and 5" rear drop for 1973-1987 Chevy C-10 trucks while refreshing critical suspension components at the same time. This LTD version includes new rear hardware, making it an ideal solution for older trucks where factory parts may be worn or corroded.
Up front, new lower control arms arrive ready to install with ball joints and bushings already installed. To achieve the full 5" front drop, a 2" lowering coil spring is paired with the lowered arms to complete the stance. The components bolt directly into the factory mounting locations with no additional assembly required.
In the rear, a flip kit relocates the axle from beneath the leaf spring to on top of the leaf spring for a full 5" drop. No C-section is required. The LTD version includes new U-bolts and new leaf spring plates, replacing original hardware if needed and ensuring a secure installation.
Shocks are included to properly control suspension movement at the lowered ride height.
