Complete 5/5 Drop Kit for 1973-1987 C10 with 1" Rotors
The DJM2045L-5/5 (1 rotor) Lowering Kit delivers a serious 5" front and 5" rear drop for 1973-1987 Chevy C10 trucks equipped with 1" thick front brake rotors. This setup combines classic drop spindle geometry with engineered coil springs up front and a proven flip kit out back for an aggressive squarebody stance.
This kit is designed specifically for 1" rotors only. If your truck is equipped with 1.25" rotors, use DJM2045H-5/5 instead.
Up front, a combination of 3" lowering spindles and 2" lowering coil springs provides approximately 5" of total drop while maintaining factory steering geometry and predictable ride characteristics.
In the rear, a rear axle flip kit relocates the axle from beneath the leaf spring to the top of the leaf spring to achieve a full 5" rear drop. No C-section is required on the C10 frame because there is ample suspension travel even after lowering.
Shocks are included to properly control the suspension at the lowered ride height.
Important Rotor Fitment Note
This kit works only with 1" front brake rotors. Measure rotor thickness before ordering. If equipped with 1.25" rotors, use DJM2045H-5/5 instead.
