The DJM Suspension 5" Rear Lowering Kit (Part Number HS2603-5) is engineered for 2001-2010 Chevy 2500HD and 3500HD Short Bed models. This traditional hanger and shackle system delivers a full 5" rear drop by relocating the leaf spring mounting points on the frame.

By repositioning both ends of the leaf spring, this kit lowers the rear a total of 5" while maintaining proper suspension alignment for heavy duty applications. It is designed specifically for Short Bed HD trucks to ensure correct fitment and geometry.
