The DJM Suspension 4" Rear Lowering Kit (Part Number HS1123-4-1) is engineered specifically for 1983-1986 Ford F150 trucks. This traditional hanger and shackle setup lowers the rear a full 4" by properly repositioning the leaf spring mounting points.

The front spring eye hangers replace the factory brackets that are riveted to the frame. Relocating the front mounting point provides approximately a 2" drop. A longer rear shackle adds another 2" at the rear of the leaf spring. Combined, this delivers a total 4" rear drop while maintaining correct suspension alignment and function.
