Set Your Ranger at a True 3" Rear Drop
The DJM Suspension 3" Rear Lowering Kit (Part Number FK3098-3) is engineered to properly lower your 1998-2010 Ford Ranger while correcting the final ride height to a clean, usable 3" drop.
This kit begins with moving the axle on top of the spring, which would normally create approximately a 5" drop. The included longer shackles are the key to dialing it back. Once installed, they provide approximately 1 to 2" of lift, bringing the net result to a true 3" rear drop. It is a straightforward and effective way to achieve the stance you want without ending up lower than intended.

FAQs
Why does this kit reference a 5" drop?
When the axle is moved on top of the spring, the truck drops about 5". The included longer shackles then raise it 1 to 2", resulting in a final 3" rear drop.
Are shocks included with this kit?
No. Shocks are not included. DJM recommends shock number 1900 for the driver side and shock number 2000 for the passenger side, sold individually.
