4/6 Calmax Lowering Kit for 1997-2003 Ford F150
The DJM Suspension 4" Front / 6" Rear Complete Lowering Kit (Part Number DJM3097-4/6) is engineered specifically for the 1997-2003 Ford F150. When Ford moved away from the Twin I-beam suspension in 1997, it introduced a new upper and lower control arm design. This kit takes full advantage of that modern layout and, for the first time, lowers the F150 using Calmax control arms.
Up front, Calmax upper and lower control arms paired with a 2" drop coil deliver a true 4" front drop. The arms come powder coated and feature new ball joints, performance urethane bushings, and DJM Twin Tube pivots, all installed at the factory for simplified installation and proper alignment control.
In the rear, a 6" leaf spring axle flip kit provides the drop and includes all necessary hardware, including C-sections for proper frame support. The result is a balanced 4/6 stance with the geometry and components to support it.
Shocks are included with this kit.
