Engineered 3/5 Drop for 2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500
The DJM2393-3/5 Complete Lowering Kit delivers a dialed-in 3" front and 5" rear drop for the 2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500. This setup is designed for truck owners who want aggressive stance without sacrificing suspension travel or alignment capability.
Up front, lowering control arms are used instead of drop coils. This allows you to achieve a true 3" drop without loss of suspension travel or alignment issues. Unlike drop coils, which reduce travel and can negatively impact ride quality and alignment, these control arms maintain proper geometry and drivability.
Out back, the drop is achieved by relocating the rear axle from beneath the leaf springs to on top of the leaf springs. A set of longer lifting shackles is included to fine tune rear height and achieve the full 5" rear drop.
Shocks are included to properly control suspension movement at the new ride height.
