The DJM Suspension 3" Front / 5" Rear Complete Lowering Kit (Part Number DJMEH2601-3/5) is designed for 2001-2010 Chevy 2500HD and 3500HD Long Bed trucks. If you want a strong, aggressive stance without laying your HD on the ground, this balanced 3/5 system delivers the right drop while preserving factory ride characteristics.
Up front, Calmax Control Arms provide a true 3" drop by simply removing and replacing the factory arms. The system retains the factory torsion bar spring rate, preserving ride quality while maintaining proper ball joint angles and alignment geometry. Each arm comes assembled with urethane bushings and brand new all steel ball joints for durability and simplified installation.
In the rear, a 5" hanger and shackle kit repositions the leaf springs higher on the frame to achieve the 5" drop and match the front stance. Before ordering, inspect your factory leaf spring eye hangers to confirm they match this configuration. All Long Bed 2500HD and 3500HD applications observed use this setup, but a quick visual inspection ensures proper fitment.
