3" Front / 5" Rear Complete Lowering Kit for 1968-1972 Chevrolet C10 - Disc Brake Models
The DJM Suspension Complete Lowering Kit - Part Number DJM1056-3/5 - is engineered specifically for 1968-1972 Chevrolet C10 trucks equipped with 2.25" wide rear leaf springs and front disc brakes. This system delivers a properly balanced 3" front drop and 5" rear drop using matched suspension components.
The front 3" drop is achieved with lowering control arms that come fully assembled with new urethane bushings, mounting shafts, and all steel ball joints. This setup allows proper alignment capability while lowering the front suspension correctly.
The rear 5" drop is accomplished with a flip kit designed exclusively for trucks with 2.25" wide leaf springs. The kit includes new spring plates, U-bolts, and axle locators that allow pinion angle adjustment for proper driveline alignment.
Note: This kit is for disc brake applications only.
