The DJM Suspension 3" Front / 4" Rear Complete Lowering Kit (Part Number DJM3002-3/4) is engineered specifically for the 1983-1988 Ford Ranger. Instead of cutting, heating, or swapping to lowering springs that create alignment problems you cannot dial out, this kit uses DJMs proven 3" DreamBeams up front for a precise, fully engineered drop.
DreamBeams feature exclusive tubular construction using thick walled DOM tubing, nested and welded in a fixture for accuracy. Unlike fabricated I-beam style parts that can suffer from weld creep during assembly, DreamBeams are designed to maintain consistency and provide full alignment adjustment. Simply remove the factory beams, install the DreamBeams with your factory coils, and achieve a true 3" drop while retaining full suspension travel.
In the rear, a leaf spring axle flip kit delivers a 4" rear drop. The combination creates a balanced 3/4 stance that dramatically improves the look of your Ranger while keeping suspension function intact.
Shocks are included with this kit to complete the suspension system.
