3/4 Drop Kit for 1973-1987 C10 with 1.00" Rotors
The DJM2045L-3/4 (1 rotor) Lowering Kit delivers a proper 3" front and 4" rear drop for 1973-1987 Chevy C10 trucks equipped with 1.00" front brake rotors. This setup combines classic drop spindle geometry up front with a proven rear hanger and shackle system to achieve a balanced squarebody stance.
Up front, the traditional 3" drop spindle lowers the truck while maintaining factory steering geometry and ride characteristics. Rotor thickness is critical. You will have either a 1.00" or 1.25" rotor. This kit is designed specifically for 1.00" rotors. If your truck has 1.25" rotors, use DJM2045H-3/4.
Out back, the 4" drop is achieved by repositioning the rear leaf springs. Leaf spring eye hangers offset the front mount upward on the frame, while a pair of longer rear shackles complete the drop. The result is a clean, level stance without unnecessary modifications.
Shocks are included to properly control suspension movement at the lowered ride height.
Important Rotor Fitment Note
This kit works only with 1.00" front brake rotors. Measure rotor thickness before ordering. If equipped with 1.25" rotors, use DJM2045H-3/4 instead.
