Classic 3/4 Drop for 1973-1987 C-10 Trucks
The DJM2456-3/4 Complete Lowering Kit delivers a proven 3" front and 4" rear drop for 1973-1987 Chevy C-10 trucks. If it is time to replace worn bushings and ball joints, this kit makes the upgrade easy by giving you brand new components and a serious stance improvement at the same time.
Up front, DJM supplies new lower control arms with new ball joints, mounting shafts with urethane bushings and urethane bumpstops already installed from the factory. These arms are designed to bolt directly into the factory location. You can take them out of the box and install them without additional assembly. As a bonus, you gain a full 3" of front drop.
Out back, the 4" drop is achieved by repositioning the rear leaf springs. Leaf spring eye hangers offset the front mount upward on the frame while longer rear shackles complete the drop. It is a straightforward design that delivers a true 4" rear reduction in ride height.
This kit has been featured on Gearz TV with Stacey David Knucklebuster. Shocks are included to properly control suspension movement at the new lowered height.
