The DJM2456-5/5 Complete Lowering Kit delivers a true 5" front and 5" rear drop for 1973-1987 Chevy C-10 trucks. This setup gives your squarebody an aggressive, level stance while refreshing critical front suspension components at the same time.
Up front, lowering control arms combined with 2" lowering coil springs bring the nose down a full 5". The control arms arrive assembled with new ball joints, mounting shafts and urethane bushings, allowing for straightforward bolt in installation at the factory mounting points.
In the rear, a flip kit relocates the axle from beneath the leaf spring to on top of the leaf spring to achieve the 5" drop. No C-section is required on your C-10. The factory frame provides sufficient clearance to maintain usable suspension travel even after lowering.
Note: If your original rear axle U-bolts need replacement, consider kit DJM2456-5/5LTD. It is the same kit but includes new U-bolts and new leaf spring plates for the flip kit.
