The DJM Suspension Complete 7" Rear Axle Flip Kit - Part Number FK1026-7 - is engineered for 1992-1999 Chevy C2500 and C3500 8 lug trucks that demand aggressive stance with proper driveline geometry. This kit repositions the rear axle from beneath the leaf springs to above the leaf springs, delivering substantial rear drop while maintaining strength and adjustability.
Flip kits do not actually flip components, they reposition the axle. Depending on leaf spring thickness, most flip kits yield 5" to 8" drops. This specific configuration provides a true 7" rear drop thanks to its heavy duty rear leaf design and frame supports, allowing you to safely perform a C-notch to regain critical suspension travel.
What sets DJM apart is the use of adjustable axle brackets. Unlike other kits that lock you into a fixed pinion angle, DJM brackets allow you to adjust and lock in different pinion angles without additional parts or labor. This is critical for custom builds, driveline alignment, and vibration control.
This complete kit includes shock extenders to keep the shocks vertical at the new ride height, along with all necessary hardware for installation.
