The DJM Suspension 4" Rear Axle Flip Kit - Part Number FK3001-4 - is designed for 1983-1997 Ford Ranger trucks looking for a clean rear stance without unnecessary extra components. Sometimes less really is more.
This kit uses precision brackets to relocate the rear axle from beneath the leaf springs to above the leaf spring pack. By repositioning the axle, you achieve a substantial rear drop while maintaining factory mounting components. You can reuse your factory U-bolts and spring plates instead of purchasing new ones, helping keep the install straightforward and cost effective.
Once installed, the rear of your Ranger will sit approximately 5" lower, delivering an aggressive stance that pairs especially well with a DJM I-Beam front drop for a properly balanced look.
