The DJM Suspension 3" Drop Spindles (Part Number DS2045L-3) are designed specifically for 1973-1987 Chevy C10 trucks equipped with a 1.00" thick brake rotor. These spindles deliver a true 3" front drop while maintaining proper steering geometry, factory ride quality, and full suspension travel.
Each spindle is manufactured from quality meehanite castings and precision machined to ensure correct ball joint and tie rod positioning. DJM integrates accurately machined 4142 chromoly spuds into the casting, producing a strong and dependable component built for long term street use.
Swapping spindles is a labor intensive job, so precision matters. Make sure you measure your brake rotor thickness before ordering. If your rotor measures 1.00" thick, this is the correct spindle set. If your rotor measures 1.25" thick, you will need Part Number DS2045H-3. Ordering the wrong spindle will prevent proper brake assembly.
