2" Front Drop While Keeping Factory Track Width
The DJM Suspension 2" Drop Spindles - Part Number DS2056-2-1 - are designed to lower your 1992-1999 Chevy Suburban and 1995-1999 Chevy Tahoe a full 2" up front without changing factory suspension geometry or track width. Thanks to the 0 offset design, your wheels stay properly positioned in the wheel wells for a clean, factory-like stance with improved ride height.
Right out of the box, these spindles deliver a true 2" front drop. If you are building a more aggressive stance, they can be paired with drop coil springs for additional lowering. This makes them a versatile foundation for both street driven SUVs and performance oriented builds.
Wheel Clearance Note: As with most 1988-1998 C1500 based drop spindle applications, clearance can be an issue when running factory 15" wheels or any aftermarket 15" wheels. During tight turns, the wheel may contact the factory lower control arm. A small amount of material can be carefully ground from the factory control arm to provide proper clearance and eliminate contact.
Shocks are not included. DJM recommends Front Shock 1415 sold individually.

No. These are 0 offset drop spindles, so factory track width and wheel placement are maintained.
Do I need to modify anything if I run 15" wheels?
Yes. When using factory or aftermarket 15" wheels, minor grinding of the factory lower control arm may be required to prevent wheel contact during tight turns.
