Product Overview

The DMS Engine Bay Tank is purpose?built for the C7 Corvette, adding approximately 2 gallons of extra coolant capacity to help manage intake air temperatures on supercharged setups. Whether you’re running an LT4, Magnuson, or Whipple, this expansion tank provides improved cooling efficiency and reliability. A 2.5" filler cap makes refilling and bleeding the system simple and convenient.

Design & Fitment

The tank features a -12AN ORB inlet with a standard -10 adapter fitting for factory LT4 lines, while the outlet uses a 3/4" high?flow hose barb. An optional -12AN top line upgrade is available, which includes a billet -12AN adapter for the coolant manifold, -12AN ORB fitting for the tank, and a -12AN line for improved flow.

Optional Add?Ons

A billet -10AN catch can option is also available. This package includes all necessary lines, fittings, brackets, and hardware to mount directly to the side of the engine bay tank.

Construction

Each tank is CNC?cut and hand TIG?welded in?house from 0.125" 5052 aluminum, then finished in a satin black powder coat for durability and a clean OEM+ look. Typical install time ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on skill level.
