The CVF Stainless Steel Catted Downpipes are designed to improve exhaust flow and unlock additional performance from 2020-2024 Ford Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator 3.0L EcoBoost models. These downpipes maintain proper emissions functionality and will not trigger a check engine light when installed correctly.
Built from premium T304 stainless steel, the 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing provides smoother, less restrictive airflow compared to the factory downpipes. The integrated 400-cell high-flow catalytic converters help reduce backpressure while supporting strong drivability and fuel efficiency. Fully TIG-welded construction and compatibility with both OEM and aftermarket exhaust systems ensure long-term durability and easy installation.
