The CVF Stainless Steel Catted Downpipes are engineered to improve exhaust flow and unlock additional performance from 2025-2026 Ford Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator 3.0L EcoBoost models. These downpipes feature reinforced rhodium high-flow 700 CPSI catalytic converters designed to maintain proper emissions function without triggering a check engine light.
Constructed from premium 3" T304 stainless steel, the mandrel-bent tubing provides smoother, less restrictive airflow compared to the factory downpipes. Fully TIG-welded seams ensure long-term durability, and the design is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket exhaust systems. Improved exhaust flow supports better throttle response, enhanced drivability, and the potential for increased fuel efficiency.
