The CVF Hot + Cold Aluminum Intercooler Pipe Kit with TiAL/Turbosmart Flange is a complete charge-air piping upgrade for 2020-2026 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models. This system replaces the restrictive factory hot- and cold-side pipes while providing a proper mounting point for a TiAL or Turbosmart GenV RacePort blow-off valve (TS?0204?1142).
The kit includes a 2.75" cold-side pipe and a 2.25" hot-side pipe, delivering airflow gains of 28% and 15% over the OEM components. Both pipes are mandrel-bent aluminum for smooth, consistent airflow and improved thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight of stainless steel alternatives. Finished in wrinkle black, the kit also includes CVF-branded 4-ply silicone couplers and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps for a secure, leak-free installation.
