The CVF Hot-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2015-2023 Mustang EcoBoost models, replacing the restrictive factory hot-side tube with a lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum design that improves airflow and durability.
This pipe features 2.5" wrinkle black aluminum tubing that offers better thermal characteristics and weighs significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free connection under boost.
A CNC-machined DV flange is integrated into the pipe, allowing seamless use of the factory bypass valve. Designed to work with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers, this upgrade enhances airflow efficiency and supports higher performance levels.
