The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit with TiAL Flange - Race Intercooler Only is a direct bolt-on upgrade engineered for 2015-2023 Mustang EcoBoost models equipped with the CVF Race Intercooler. This kit replaces the factory rubber hot-side pipe and restrictive cold-side tubing with lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum designed to improve airflow and support high-performance blow-off valve setups.

Featuring 2.5" hot-side piping and 2.75" cold-side piping finished in wrinkle black, this system offers improved thermal efficiency and weighs significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free installation under boost.

The hot-side pipe includes a CNC-machined flange designed for TiAL or Turbosmart Race Port (TS-0204-1142) blow-off valves. The cold-side pipe incorporates a CNC-machined 1/8" NPT bung (pre-plugged) for optional sensors or accessories. This version is specifically designed to fit the CVF Race Intercooler’s larger inlet/outlet sizing.
