The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit - Race Intercooler Only is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2015-2023 Mustang EcoBoost models. This kit replaces the factory rubber hot-side pipe and restrictive cold-side tubing with lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum designed to improve airflow and support higher performance levels.

Featuring 2.5" hot-side piping and 2.75" cold-side piping in a wrinkle black finish, this setup offers better thermal efficiency and weighs roughly one-third as much as comparable stainless steel options. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-durable 4-ply silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free installation.

The hot-side pipe includes a CNC-machined DV flange, while the cold-side pipe incorporates a CNC-machined 1/8" NPT bung (pre-plugged) for optional sensors or accessories. This version is specifically designed for use with the CVF Race Intercooler.
