The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2015-2023 Mustang EcoBoost models, replacing the factory rubber hot-side pipe and restrictive cold-side tubing with lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum for smoother, more efficient airflow.
This kit features 2.5" hot-side piping and 2.75" cold-side piping, both finished in wrinkle black for a clean, OEM-plus appearance. Compared to stainless steel alternatives, the aluminum construction offers improved thermal characteristics while weighing roughly one-third as much.
Each kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-durable 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free installation. The hot-side pipe incorporates a CNC-machined DV flange, while the cold-side pipe includes a CNC-machined 1/8" NPT bung (pre-plugged) for auxiliary sensors if needed.
