The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe - Race Intercooler Only is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2015-2023 Mustang EcoBoost models equipped with the CVF Race Intercooler. This pipe replaces the factory rubber cold-side tube with a stronger, mandrel-bent aluminum design that improves airflow and overall intercooler efficiency.

Built from 2.75" wrinkle black aluminum, this pipe offers improved thermal performance while weighing significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free seal under boost.

A CNC-machined 1/8" NPT bung is integrated into the pipe, allowing easy installation of a methanol injection kit. The bung comes pre-plugged for drivers who aren’t using meth injection but want the option available later. This version is specifically sized to match the larger inlet/outlet dimensions of the CVF Race Intercooler.
