The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-side + Cold-side Piping Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade engineered to improve airflow efficiency on 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L and 2024 Ford Ranger 2.3L models. This kit replaces the restrictive factory pipes with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing designed to deliver smoother, more consistent airflow to and from the intercooler.
The cold-side pipe outflows the factory unit by up to 69%, while the hot-side pipe improves flow by 9%. Both pipes feature a wrinkle black finish and integrated 1/8" NPT bungs for easy water/meth injection. The cold-side pipe also removes the OEM crease that can limit airflow. Heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps and ultra-durable 5-ply silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free installation.
