The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-side + Cold-side Piping Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade designed to improve airflow efficiency on 2021-2025 Ford Bronco 2.7L and 2024-2025 Ford Ranger 2.7L models. This kit replaces the restrictive factory pipes with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother, more consistent airflow into and out of the intercooler.
Both pipes feature a wrinkle black finish and integrated 1/8" NPT bungs for easy water/meth injection setup. The cold-side pipe eliminates the OEM crease that can restrict airflow, while the hot-side pipe transitions from 2.25" to 2.5" for improved volume and flow. Heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps and ultra-durable 5-ply silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free installation.
