The CVF Performance Intercooler in Silver is a direct bolt-on upgrade engineered to dramatically improve cooling efficiency on 2021-2025 Ford Bronco and 2024-2025 Ford Ranger models. Installation requires removal of the factory AGS (active grille shutters), but no permanent modifications are needed.
With a massive 58% increase in internal core volume and a 144% increase in external fin surface area compared to the OEM intercooler, this unit is built to keep charge air temperatures under control in real-world driving. Independent testing has shown a 31-degree reduction in IAT2 and dyno gains of +28 HP and +45 TQ on a 2.7L model - all without a tune.

Construction
Built from premium aluminum, this intercooler uses a proprietary TIG-welded bar-and-plate core paired with fully cast end tanks for maximum strength and airflow efficiency. The silver finish provides a clean, OEM-plus appearance while enhancing heat dissipation.
Application & Installation
The Active Grille Shutters (AGS) must be removed for installation. No check engine light is triggered by AGS removal, and they can be reinstalled if the intercooler is ever removed.
