NOTE: This kit is designed for vehicles built after 09/21 that do not use the factory BPV on the hot-side pipe. For models equipped with the OEM BPV, use part number 1921EXPSTCPH.
The CVF Hot-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe Kit upgrades the restrictive factory hot-side piping on 2021-2026 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models without the OEM BPV. This direct bolt-on replacement improves airflow from the turbochargers to the intercooler, helping support better throttle response and overall efficiency.
The 2.25" mandrel-bent aluminum pipe offers a 15% airflow improvement over the stock unit and eliminates the collapsing issues found in the OEM plastic design. The lightweight aluminum construction provides better thermal performance and weighs roughly one-third of comparable stainless steel alternatives. Each kit includes a CVF-branded 4-ply silicone coupler and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps for a secure, leak-free installation.
