NOTE: This kit is designed for vehicles built after 09/21 that do not use the factory BPV on the hot-side pipe. For models equipped with the OEM BPV, use part number 1921AEXPICKIT.
The CVF Hot + Cold Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to improve airflow and eliminate the restrictive, crumpled sections found in the factory intercooler piping on 2021-2026 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models without the OEM BPV. This direct bolt-on upgrade provides a smoother, more efficient path for charge air entering and exiting the intercooler.
The kit includes a 2.75" cold-side pipe and a 2.25" hot-side pipe, delivering airflow improvements of 28% and 15% over the stock components. Mandrel-bent aluminum construction offers better thermal performance and weighs roughly one-third of comparable stainless steel options. Each kit includes CVF-branded 4-ply silicone couplers and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps for a secure, leak-free installation.
