CVF Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit w/ HKS Flange (2013-2018 Ford Focus ST) 200KIT-2

The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit with HKS Flange is a complete hot-side and cold-side upgrade for 2013-2018 Focus ST models. This kit replaces the factory rubber and restrictive piping with larger mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, improving airflow and providing a clean mounting solution for an HKS SSQV blow-off valve.

Featuring 2.5" hot-side piping and 2.75" cold-side piping, the kit is finished in wrinkle black for a sleek, OEM-plus appearance. The included CVF Boost Reference Adapter Kit and Block-Off Plate ensure a smooth conversion from the factory diverter valve setup.

The cold-side pipe includes a pre-plugged 1/8" NPT bung for easy integration of water/meth injection in future builds. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers provide a secure, leak-free seal under boost. Designed to work with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers, installation requires no cutting or modifications.

Construction

Installation

Installs easily with basic hand tools. No trimming or modifications required, and most installs take around 60 minutes. All necessary hardware is included.
