The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with TiAL Flange is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2013-2018 Focus ST models, designed to replace the restrictive factory cold-side piping while providing a clean mounting solution for a TiAL or Turbosmart Race Port blow-off valve. This larger 2.75" aluminum pipe improves airflow from the intercooler and supports higher boost levels with ease.

Finished in wrinkle black and built from lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe offers improved thermal efficiency and weighs significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. The kit includes the CVF Boost Reference Adapter Kit and Block-Off Plate to ensure a seamless conversion from the OEM diverter valve setup.

A pre-plugged 1/8" NPT bung allows for easy integration of water/meth injection in future upgrades. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free connection under demanding boost conditions.

Construction

Mandrel-bent aluminum tubing ensures smooth airflow, while reinforced 4-layer silicone couplers provide excellent heat and pressure resistance. High-tension t-bolt clamps keep the system secure under boost.

Installation

Installs easily with basic hand tools. No cutting or modifications required, and most installs take around 45 minutes. All necessary hardware is included.

Requires a TiAL Q or Turbosmart Race Port (TS-0204-1142) blow-off valve for installation.
