The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with HKS Flange is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2013-2018 Focus ST models, replacing the restrictive factory cold-side piping with a larger, smoother-flowing aluminum design. This version includes an HKS flange and all required components for a clean, straightforward blow-off valve installation.
Built from lightweight 2.75" mandrel-bent aluminum and finished in wrinkle black, this pipe offers improved thermal efficiency and weighs significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. The kit also includes the CVF Boost Reference Adapter Kit and Block-Off Plate to ensure a seamless installation when converting from the OEM diverter valve setup.
A pre-plugged 1/8" NPT bung allows for easy addition of water/meth injection down the road. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers are included to maintain a secure, leak-free connection under boost.

Construction
