The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2013-2018 Focus ST models, replacing the restrictive factory cold-side tubing with a larger, smoother-flowing aluminum design. Finished in wrinkle black and built for durability, this pipe improves airflow from the intercooler to the turbo for more consistent performance.

Constructed from lightweight 2.75" mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe offers better thermal characteristics and weighs significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. The integrated 1/8" NPT bung (pre-plugged) allows easy addition of water/meth injection for future power upgrades.

The kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free connection under boost. Designed to work with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers, installation requires no cutting or modifications.

Construction
