The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with TiAL/Turbosmart Flange is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2020-2026 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models. This pipe replaces the restrictive factory cold-side section while providing a proper mounting location for a TiAL or Turbosmart GenV RacePort blow-off valve (TS-0204-1142).
Built from mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe transitions smoothly from 3" to 2.75" and features a durable wrinkle black finish. Compared to stainless steel alternatives, this lightweight aluminum design offers improved thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight. The pipe also includes two NPT bungs for methanol injection setups, along with a CVF-branded 4-ply silicone coupler and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps.
