The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with HKS Flange is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2020-2026 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models. This pipe replaces the restrictive, crumpled OEM cold-side section while providing a proper mounting point for an HKS blow-off valve.
Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe transitions smoothly from 3" to 2.75" and features a durable wrinkle black finish. Compared to stainless steel alternatives, this lightweight aluminum design offers improved thermal characteristics at roughly one-third the weight. The pipe includes two NPT bungs for methanol injection setups, along with a CVF-branded 4-ply silicone coupler and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps.
