The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe is designed to improve airflow and eliminate the restrictive crumpled section found in the factory cold-side pipe on 2020-2026 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models. This direct bolt-on upgrade provides a smoother, more efficient path from the intercooler to the throttle body.
Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe transitions from 3" to 2.75" and features a durable wrinkle black finish. Compared to stainless steel alternatives, this aluminum design offers improved thermal characteristics at roughly one-third the weight. The pipe includes two NPT bungs for methanol injection setups, along with a CVF-branded 4-ply silicone coupler and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps.
