NOTE: This kit fits vehicles built prior to 09/21 that retain the factory BPV on the hot-side pipe. For models without the OEM BPV, use part number 2124EXPSTCPH.

The CVF Hot-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe Kit is designed to improve airflow from the turbochargers to the intercooler on 2020-2021 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models equipped with the OEM BPV. This direct bolt-on upgrade replaces the restrictive factory hot-side pipe with a smoother, more efficient 2.25" mandrel-bent aluminum design.

By increasing internal diameter and eliminating the OEM pipe’s collapsing plastic section, this kit delivers a 15% airflow improvement over stock. The lightweight aluminum construction offers better thermal performance and weighs roughly one-third of comparable stainless steel options. Each kit includes a CVF-branded 4-ply silicone coupler and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps for a secure, leak-free installation.
