NOTE: This kit fits vehicles built prior to 09/21 that retain the factory BPV on the hot-side pipe. For models without the OEM BPV, use part number 21A24EXPICKIT.
The CVF Hot + Cold Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to improve airflow and eliminate the restrictive crumpled sections found in the factory intercooler piping on 2020-2021 Explorer ST, Explorer Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator models equipped with the OEM BPV. This direct bolt-on upgrade provides smoother, more efficient airflow to and from the intercooler.
The kit includes a 2.75" cold-side pipe and a 2.25" hot-side pipe, offering airflow gains of 28% and 15% over the stock components. Mandrel-bent aluminum construction provides improved thermal characteristics and weighs roughly one-third of comparable stainless steel alternatives. Each kit includes CVF-branded 4-ply silicone couplers and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps for a secure, leak-free installation.

Construction
