Stainless Works Long Tube Header Kit (CTSVH) - 2004–2007 Cadillac CTS-V

Designed to dramatically improve exhaust flow and power, these headers are proven to deliver substantial horsepower and torque gains while enhancing the aggressive sound of the LS-powered V-Series platform.

Featuring 1-3/4" mandrel-bent primary tubes feeding into 3" slip-fit collectors with an integrated merge spike, this long tube design maximizes scavenging and throttle response. Tested at Strope Speed Shop, a stock 2005 CTS-V equipped with Stainless Works headers, catback, and a tune gained an impressive 53 horsepower and 47 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. Constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded in the USA, these headers are built to last and backed by a lifetime warranty. Note that high-flow catalytic converters are not included and are part of the Stainless Works exhaust system; some cutting and fabrication are required when connecting to non-Stainless Works exhausts.
