Keep your Zetec alive and thriving at high RPM with the Boundary ZGS-S1 Billet Oil Pump Assembly. Built for serious performance use, this race-prepped pump delivers stronger, more stable oiling for boosted street builds and track cars that demand consistent pressure all the way to redline.

Boundary starts with a proprietary race-prepared housing and installs custom billet oil pump gears cut in-house. The gerotor profile is engineered to produce roughly 30% more oil volume while safely supporting up to 9,000 RPM and over 800 WHP. Every assembled pump is fully disassembled for ultrasonic cleaning, air blasting, and hand inspection, then de-burred, blueprinted, and reassembled with ColdFlow surface-treated chromoly gears. Stainless Torx fasteners replace OEM hardware, torqued to spec with Loctite and anaerobic sealant in critical areas to reduce aeration and speed pump-up. Assembly lubricant is applied to key surfaces so oil pressure comes up fast on startup. Each unit ships with a specification sheet for total confidence.
