The 4V modular platform is legendary, but the factory oil pump gears can become a weak point once you start spinning higher RPM or adding serious power. Boundary MM-OPG-4V oil pump gears are built to reinforce your DOHC or SOHC modular V8, giving you the oiling confidence you need for aggressive street builds, boosted setups, and track-driven Mustangs.
Manufactured 100% in Boundary’s Dallas, Texas facility, these gears begin as quenched-and-tempered chromoly billets, creating a tough, nearly indestructible core. After precision machining, Boundary applies their ColdFlow surface hardening and mirror-finish process to reduce friction and improve efficiency. The matched inner and outer gear set uses Boundary’s race-inspired gerotor design for increased strength and stable oiling beyond 9,000 RPM. Every set is thoroughly inspected and shipped with a blueprinting report, delivering proven durability for high-horsepower modular applications.
