Made in Boundary’s Dallas, Texas facility, these gears start as quenched-and-tempered chromoly billets for an exceptionally tough core. After precision machining, each set receives Boundary’s ColdFlow surface hardening and a mirror finish to reduce friction and improve wear resistance. Advanced porting and a race-inspired, symmetrical-tooth gerotor design increase flow and pressure at high RPM while eliminating common stress points. Every set is matched, surface-ground, and fully inspected with a blueprinting report, providing proven stability past 9,000 RPM and durability for serious horsepower builds.
