Gen III Hemi engines are tough, but when you start adding RPM, boost, or track abuse, the factory oil pump gears can become a critical weak point. Boundary HEMI-OPG gears are designed to fortify your oiling system, giving your 5.7L or 6.1L Hemi the reliability and flow control it needs to survive high-demand driving.
Every set is manufactured in Boundary’s Dallas, Texas facility from quenched-and-tempered chromoly billets, creating an incredibly strong, wear-resistant core. After precision machining, the gears receive Boundary’s ColdFlow surface hardening and a mirror finish to cut friction and boost efficiency. Advanced porting and a race-inspired, symmetrical-tooth gerotor design increase high-RPM flow and pressure while eliminating traditional stress risers. Each inner and outer gear pair is matched, surface-ground, and fully inspected with a blueprinting report—proven stable at 9,000+ RPM and trusted in high-horsepower Hemi builds.
