Boundary Coyote Crankshaft Timing Sprocket (CM-SP-11) - 2011-2014 Ford Coyote 5.0L

Spinning your Coyote harder than stock or relying on it under boost means every link in the timing system has to be rock-solid. The Boundary CM-SP-11 Billet Crankshaft Timing Sprocket is built to eliminate the weakness of the factory powdered-metal sprocket, helping keep timing stable and the chain controlled when RPM and load climb.

Manufactured 100% in-house from U.S.-sourced chromoly steel, this billet sprocket starts with material that’s roughly ten times stronger than OEM. It’s hot-quenched with a low temper for maximum strength, then precision CNC machined and broached for a tight, accurate fit. Boundary also increases keyway cross-section dramatically, updates tooth geometry for added durability, and finishes the surface to reduce friction and chain vibration. If you're running an aftermarket crank with a larger nose radius, the Large Radius (LR) version is designed to fit those setups properly.
