When your Coyote or Voodoo-powered Ford is pushed on track or spun deep into the RPM range, stable oil pressure becomes mission-critical. The Boundary CM-S2-R2 Oil Pump Assembly is built to out-muscle stock pumps with stronger billet internals, improved high-RPM flow, and reduced cavitation for serious performance use.
Starting with a genuine Ford OEM housing, Boundary completely disassembles and race-preps every pump through ultrasonic cleaning, air blasting, meticulous inspection, and hand de-burring. It’s rebuilt using Boundary’s mirror-finished billet gears and Black Series vane-ported gerotor featuring dual-stage heat treatment for exceptional hardness and wear resistance. Final assembly includes a MartenWear-treated billet steel anti-cavitation back plate, stainless Torx fasteners torqued to spec, Loctite retention, anaerobic sealant in critical areas to reduce aeration, and assembly lubricant for fast oiling on startup. Each unit is blueprinted and shipped with a specification sheet so you know exactly what you’re installing.
